Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Stat Content, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Stat Content, LLC provides professional ghostwriting, LinkedIn profile rewrites, and recurring content services for health tech founders.
1.2 The scope of services purchased by the Client shall be set forth in the package selected at checkout and further detailed in the Master Service Agreement (“MSA”).

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All payments are due as outlined at checkout and in the MSA.
2.2 One-time services (such as LinkedIn rewrites) require full payment in advance.
2.3 Recurring services (Visibility and Influence Plans) are billed automatically every three weeks through Stripe or another authorized payment processor.
2.4 Clients may elect to prepay a three-month engagement at a discounted rate. Such payments are also final and non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

3.1 All payments made to Stat Content, LLC are final and non-refundable.
3.2 Services shall be deemed delivered upon the Client’s approval of drafts via Filestage or Planable. Such approvals constitute binding acceptance of services rendered.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 The Client shall provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure adherence to the delivery schedule.
4.2 Failure to provide feedback or approvals shall not suspend or alter billing cycles.
4.3 Delays caused by the Client may result in services being considered delivered once drafts are uploaded and made available in the designated platform.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Upon full payment, the Client shall own all rights to the final content delivered under these Terms.
5.2 Stat Content, LLC retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable versions of the work for marketing, portfolio, or case study purposes, subject to Client written consent when attribution is involved.

6. Term and Termination

6.1 Engagement terms shall be defined in the MSA and package purchased.
6.2 Early termination by the Client does not entitle the Client to a refund.
6.3 Stat Content, LLC reserves the right to terminate services if the Client violates these Terms or the MSA, including but not limited to non-payment, abusive conduct, or misuse of services.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

7.1 Chargebacks are not a valid substitute for refund requests.
7.2 Stat Content, LLC will provide evidence of services rendered, including executed agreements, platform approvals, and communication records, to dispute any chargeback filed by the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stat Content, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or relating to the services provided.
8.2 In no event shall the total liability of Stat Content, LLC exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
