This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which payments are made to Stat Content, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Non-Refundable Services
1.1 All payments made to Stat Content, LLC are final and non-refundable.
1.2 This applies to all services, including but not limited to:
One-time services such as the LinkedIn Rewrite and Installation (“Essential Package”); and
Multi-month recurring content services such as the Visibility Plan and Influence Plan.
1.3 Once payment is remitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Proof of Delivery and Acceptance
2.1 Services shall be deemed delivered and accepted upon the Client’s approval of drafts within the designated platforms, including but not limited to Filestage for LinkedIn rewrites and the Visibility Plan, and Planable for the Influence Plan.
2.2 Client approval in Filestage or Planable shall constitute binding acceptance that services have been rendered to the Client’s satisfaction.
2.3 For LinkedIn rewrites, proof of delivery shall additionally include before-and-after screenshots of the profile and confirmation of final installation.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 The Client is responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to ensure adherence to the agreed-upon delivery schedule.
3.2 Delays in Client feedback or approvals shall not pause, alter, or otherwise affect the billing cycle.
3.3 If the Client fails to provide timely feedback or approvals, the Company may consider services delivered once drafts are made available to the Client within the designated platform.
4. Billing and Recurring Payments
4.1 Recurring service engagements are billed automatically every twenty-one (21) days through Stripe or such other payment processor as may be used by the Company.
4.2 Payment must clear prior to the delivery of subsequent content.
4.3 Clients who elect to pay in full for a three-month engagement receive a discounted rate. Such payments are also final and non-refundable.
4.4 Cancellation of recurring services may only occur after the initial three-month commitment is complete.
5. Cancellations and Termination
5.1 Early termination by the Client shall not entitle the Client to any refund of amounts previously paid.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client violates the terms of the Master Service Agreement, including but not limited to non-payment, abusive conduct, or misuse of services. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
6.1 Chargebacks are not an acceptable substitute for a refund request.
6.2 In the event of a dispute, the Company will submit documentation evidencing delivery of services, which may include executed agreements, platform approvals, screenshots, timestamps, and communication records, to the payment processor.
6.3 By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that approvals given via Filestage or Planable constitute final acceptance of services rendered and may be used as conclusive proof in any chargeback proceeding.
7. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
